That’s why we’ve created a little ritual you can bring into your home: growing your own mint and blending it with our Immunity Bliss tea for a daily immunity boost.
Why Immunity Bliss Tea?
Immunity Bliss is more than just a tea—it's your daily defence. Crafted with 100% organic ingredients like sencha green tea, elderflower, spearmint, cinnamon, orange peel, and ginger, it's designed to support your immune system and warm your body from the inside out.
This powerful blend is perfect for:
-
Strengthening your body’s natural defences
-
Supporting respiratory wellness
-
Keeping you energised during cold, grey days
And best of all—it’s caffeine-light, so you can enjoy it morning or evening.
How to Grow Your Own Mint in a Pot (Even on a Window Sill!)
Fresh mint not only enhances the flavour of your tea—it adds even more immune-boosting properties like antibacterial power and digestive support.
Here’s how to grow it yourself:
What You Need:
-
A small to medium pot with drainage holes
-
Organic potting mix
-
A mint cutting or seedling (from a nursery or sprouted from the grocery store)
-
A sunny spot (ideally with 4–6 hours of light)
Steps:
-
Fill your pot with moist potting mix.
-
Plant your mint cutting or seedling a few centimetres deep.
-
Water it gently and keep soil moist (not soggy).
-
Trim often to encourage bushier growth—and harvest the leaves for your tea!
Tip: Mint loves to spread, so keeping it in a pot will prevent it from taking over your garden.
